1. Who we are and when these terms apply

These terms govern this website, its free samples and, when paid checkout is enabled, purchases of our digital study resources. Please read the linked Privacy, Cancellation & Refunds, and Shipping & Digital Delivery policies before placing an order. If you do not agree to the purchase terms, do not complete checkout.
2. The resources you purchase
A single-subject purchase includes the selected subject’s complete PDF and that subject’s companion content, including the available questions and chapter mock tests. The complete bundle includes all seven subjects listed at checkout. The current displayed prices are ₹199 per subject and ₹1,000 for the bundle.
These are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription. The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable; any applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. Price changes apply to new orders. A bundle is a separate full-price purchase; previous subject purchases are not automatically credited. Materials, other subjects or future editions not listed in your order are not included.
3. Eligibility and account access
Purchasers must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. A parent or guardian must make purchases for a younger learner and supervise use. When phone sign-in is enabled, use a number you control and keep it available to access your purchases. Never share your OTP, account or session with other people. 4. Payments and fulfilment
Razorpay will process payments when live checkout opens. Access is granted only after server confirmation of a captured payment. A debit notification alone may not mean the payment has been confirmed. If payment is pending or access is missing, keep the payment reference and contact support before paying again.

5. Personal study licence
Your purchase permits personal, non-commercial study. You may download and keep the PDF and print it for your own use. You may not redistribute, publicly upload, resell, sublicense, share accounts, or remove ownership notices from the resources. Buying access does not transfer copyright or ownership. Contact support for any permission beyond personal use.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape paid content for redistribution, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be restricted for misuse, refunded purchases or security reasons. We will provide an explanation and a way to raise an error where reasonably possible.
6. Educational scope and service availability
Our materials support independent exam preparation. They are not official exam papers, professional engineering advice or a guarantee of selection, marks, employment or a particular result. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NICL or NIACL. Always check the examining organisation’s latest notification and syllabus.
Downloaded PDFs remain available on your device. Online companion access requires an internet connection and a supported browser, and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. We do not promise perpetual hosting or automatic future editions. If a purchased service cannot be supplied as described, contact us for a remedy under the refund policy and applicable law.
7. Changes, complaints and applicable law
Revised terms will carry a new update date. Changes do not retrospectively remove the rights attached to a completed purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts and consumer forums. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
