The legal seller name still needs confirmation. The refund terms and service timelines below are proposed and must be finalised before paid purchases open.
1. Digital delivery only
All products are digital. We do not ship printed books, parcels or physical goods. No shipping address, courier tracking, shipping fee or physical return is required. Delivery means enabling the purchased resources in your online library.
2. What is delivered
A single-subject order unlocks its complete PDF and the same subject in the companion, including the available practice questions and chapter mocks. A complete-bundle order unlocks all seven listed subjects. Free sample pages are available without purchase.
3. Delivery timing and access
When payments are enabled, access is normally available within a few minutes after successful payment capture and server confirmation. Pending or merely authorised transactions do not unlock paid content. Sign in using the phone number used at checkout, open My library, and download the PDF or open the companion.
Delivery is through the library, not by courier or a promised email attachment. A payment receipt, if sent by the payment provider, is separate from access. If payment is confirmed but access is still missing after 30 minutes, refresh the library and contact abhishek.gaike@yahoo.com with the transaction reference. Do not pay again for the same pending order.
4. Device and connection requirements
You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser to sign in, download files and use the companion. Allow essential cookies and browser storage. PDFs can be read using a standard PDF reader after download; downloaded copies can be used offline for personal study. Preview a sample to check readability on your device before purchase.
Companion progress is stored in the current browser and does not automatically sync across devices. Clearing browser data can erase that progress. Online access may be interrupted by maintenance, payment confirmation delays or network/provider outages.
5. Undelivered or incorrect content
Report missing access, broken files or an incorrect subject using the order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and restore delivery or provide a remedy under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. There is no physical return procedure for these digital products.
